Bell House was built in the 1950’s and was at some time in its past converted into two flats. This work was to renovate the property and transform it into a luxury home.
The exterior rework included extensive rework of front and rear elevations, replacing the exterior red London bricks with Shaftesbury Green Stone, which is more traditional for the area. The outdated bay windows were removed and replaced with traditional sliding sash windows.
Inside, the house underwent a complete overhaul with significant steel work allowing a more open-plan space. Floors, ceilings and doors were replaced and improvement works carried out on the fireplaces.
To the rear of the property an additional garden room was added using an Oak Timber Frame construction. I think you’ll agree that the works reinvigorated a tired old building and produced a new vibrant luxury home.
If you are planning a “magical make-over” for your property and would like to discuss any aspect, then please give us a call, we’d be happy to help.
